Item 2 Registration of Event Official

    1. The updated list of registered event officials and the name of event officials submitted by clubs were circulated at the meeting. All these event officials would be registered for 3 years from 1999 to 2001. Assessment would be done after 3 years.
    2. The meeting also decided that all registered event officials should be current OAHK members and only the registered event officials could organise the OAHK registered events. Clubs were responsible to remind these event officials to renew their OAHK membership. Appointment certificates would then be issued to these registered event officials.

Item 4 Any Other Business

  1. The meeting agreed that the insurance fee of the competitors would be added in the entry fees.
